Originating from the Sōraku district in Kyoto Prefecture, our matcha is both single origin and single cultivar—harvested from one region, one variety, and one crop. The shading process before harvest increases chlorophyll content, giving the matcha its intense green color and richness in antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.

RITUAL

Soften your bamboo chasen whisk in a warm water.
Sift matcha into a bowl and pour splash of hot filtered water (80°C). Whisk until creamy, green paste. Add as much hot water depending on how you prepare your matcha and whisk in M-shaped motions until a smooth consistency is achieved. Enjoy your matcha as it is, serve it with ice or pour over milk.
