Matcha with the addition of natural cherry blossom is a unique blend of tradition and delicacy. The choice of the Yabukita cultivar is not accidental. Its vibrant, subtly vegetal umami notes perfectly complement the cherry blossom, offering a subtle and balanced flavor profile.

The matcha leaves, originating from the Uji region in Kyoto Prefecture, are handpicked from mountain fields. The process of shading the leaves before harvest increases the chlorophyll content, giving matcha its intense green color and richness in antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.

The addition of natural cherry blossom introduces a delicate, floral note that harmonizes with the rich taste of matcha. Our matcha is ground in small batches to ensure the freshness and highest quality of every cup.

Soften your bamboo chasen whisk in a warm water.
Sift matcha into a bowl and pour splash of hot filtered water (80°C). Whisk until creamy, green paste. Add as much hot water depending on how you prepare your matcha and whisk in M-shaped motions until a smooth consistency is achieved. Enjoy your matcha as it is, serve it with ice or pour over milk.
